  • If the Brother printer is in the list, right-click the printer and choose “Set as Default Printer”.

  • Right click on the printer and choose “See what is printing”.
  • Click on “Printer>>Pause Printing/Use Printer Offline ( Remove the Checkmark).
  • If you see “ Pause Printing/Use Printer offline grayed out”, select option “Open as Administrator”.
  • When prompted, enter the “password”.
  • Click on “Yes”.
  • Right Click on Printer and choose “See what is printing”.
  • Click Printer>> Cancel All Documents>> Yes.
