My HP Printer not Working


Hewlett Packard has introduced the different types of printers to provide better printing services to the customers. HP printers are used for a variety of purposes from taking the quality printouts to copy the documents to scan the items and much more. Sometimes, you may find that your HP printer is not printing, in that situation, you do not need to get panic just contact the Hp Printer Customer Service and get the instant help. But before that here are some quick fix which you can try to solve the problem.

Troubleshooting steps to fix the problem:

Check the Ink cartridges
  • Open your printer’s front cover and remove the printer cartridge.
  • Insert a new colour cartridge and try to take the printouts again.
  • Remove Ink cartridge
  • Check the expiry date of an ink cartridge, if it is expired your printer will not print and thus you need to purchase the new Ink Cartridge.


Printheads
  • You need to clean the printer printheads.
  • Press and hold the “power button”. With the “power” button pressed down, six times press the “resume” button.
  • Now leave the power button and printer will start cleaning the print heads.
  •  Try to print the document again. If it is still not printing then again press and hold “power” button and press the resume button for 5 times for better cleaning process.
  • If your printer still not the printer, press and hold the  “power” button for the last time along with resume button for 7 times. Now try print document, if it is still not working, contact the experts for  HP Printer customer Service.
