How to resolve Lexmark Printer won’t print issue

We all know that printer is a very important part of our life, but what you will do if your Lexmark Printer suddenly stops printing? This problem is very common to occur and there can be a number of reasons behind the occurrence of this error from technical default in the device to connectivity error. Don’t worry, you can always contact the Lexmark Support to get a reliable solution for this problem. Below some troubleshooting steps are given which you can try to resolve this problem.



Check whether the printer is properly connected
Make sure that your Lexmark printer is properly connected to your computer as if both the devices are not properly connected, the print won’t print. First of all, you need to check out how the printer is connected( wired or wireless). If the printer is connected with the USB cable, then unplug the cable. Plug back the cable and restart your computer. If your printer is connected wirelessly, make sure you have a stable internet connection. Restart the router and check whether the printer properly connected to a wireless connection.

Restart the Printer Spooler
You can also fix this issue by restarting your printer spooler. Click on the start button and search for “Computer Management”. Click the “computer management” and select “service and application”. Now, you will able to see the list of services. Right click on “printer spooler service” and select “Restart”.

Reinstall the printer drivers
Crashed and outdated printer drivers can also be the reason behind this issue. Reinstall the printer drivers to resolve the issue. You can visit the official Lexmark Support website and download the printer drivers from there. To download the right driver, choose the Lexmark printer model number and operating system. The list of recommended drivers to download will appear on your screen.
