Step 1: To use this tool, go to the HP official website and then download “HPPSdr.exe” on your system.

Step 2: You will see the icon on your computer or laptop. 

Step 3: After that, run the HP print and scan doctor tool. Tap on the Start button and then choose your printer name and follow the guidelines mentioned by your HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. 

Step 4: Troubleshooting of the printer issue depends on the discovery. The green checkmark on the printer indicates that your printer passes the test. 

Step 5: If any issue is found then troubleshoot it.

Step 6: If your printer fails the test then an exclamation mark displays on your screen with a yellow Triagle. 

Step 7: If your device facing an ongoing issue then you will see a red X mark which means that you have to search for the problem and then resolve it.
